HOW LONG WILL MY JEFF RUBY STEAKS REMAIN FRESH?
You will receive your steaks at the very peak of freshness. Our custom cooler and shipping package keep them at an optimal temperature for up to 48 hours after initial packaging. We do, however, recommend that you refrigerate your product as soon as you receive it. Typically, your refrigerated boneless steaks will remain fresh for 14-18 days, bone-in product for 10-14 days.
ARE THE GEL PACKS AND SHIPPING COOLER REUSABLE?
Absolutely! Simply remove the packs from the cooler and refreeze. You may also remove the custom cooler from the shipping box and reuse as you wish.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO PREPARE MY STEAKS?

CAN THESE PRODUCTS BE PURCHASED IN JEFF RUBY RESTAURANTS?
Steakhouse Seasoning and Gift Cards may be purchased in our online store OR in any Jeff Ruby restaurant. Steaks are only available through our online store.

We want you to have nothing short of the highest-quality, freshest product available. To ensure you receive the best, we've streamlined the entire process so that very little time passes between your order, the hand-cut and selection of your steaks, packaging and shipping- all told, less than 24 hours in most cases. By requiring next day service, we can guarantee you are receiving the very best of the best.
CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, all shipments must be domestic only.
ARE JEFF RUBY'S STEAKS EVER FROZEN?
Absolutely not. Jeff Ruby's Private Heritage Black Angus Steaks are hand cut and selected at the peak of freshness and sent directly to you. They are never, ever frozen. When you receive them, they should be cool to the touch. Please refrigerate as soon as you receive them.
HOW ARE MY STEAKS PACKAGED?
Each steak is individually vacuum packed and placed in a custom cooler with plenty of gel packs. Your products will arrive safely, cool to the touch and perfectly fresh!
HOW DO I USE MY STEAKHOUSE SEASONING?
Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse Seasoning is the perfect complement to all of our steaks. Simply rub liberally on each side of your steak prior to cooking. (To see a demo video, please click HERE.) You may also use Steakhouse Seasoning to take your sauces, soups, salads, potatoes and more to the next level!

Absolutely! The products you receive are the very same award-winning, Private Heritage Black Angus steaks served in our restaurants. Your Steakhouse Seasoning is the unique and proprietary blend that was developed in 1981 to make us famous and has been used ever since.

CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE ORDER WITH A JEFF RUBY GIFT CARD?
At this time, we are unable to accept gift cards as a form of payment. If you purchase Steakhouse Seasoning in any Jeff Ruby restaurant, you may use your gift card.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE?
Shipments that include steaks will be processed immediately and shipped overnight. Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Monday - Thursday will be received the following day. Orders placed on Friday will be sent via Saturday guaranteed delivery (at an additional cost) unless specified to ship on Monday for receipt on Tuesday (when available).
